At EcoFlow, we stand by the quality of our sustainable power solutions and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your electronics must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the EcoFlow unit and all included accessories into the original manufacturer's box to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
